Limitation of Liability
Owl POS LLC can not be liable for any defect in hardware, software, loss or business of data of any kind, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or use of any product furnished by us. Owl POS LLC liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product purchased. The foregoing limitation of liability shall be equally applicable to any service provided by Owl POS LLC.
90 Day Standard Warranty on all Refurbished Products. Please inspect and test your item when it arrives, if there is shipping damage contact us immediately. We will replace or repair at our facility (at our discretion) any defective product within warranty period at no cost to buyer. We pay shipping via UPS ground, warranty holder pays for defective unit to be sent back to us. Please contact us via email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending back any item for warranty service or return. Items will be inspected upon arrival for any alteration and serial numbers will be verified with our system. 15% Restocking fee on all returned items for refund or exchange. Cancelled PayPal orders will be refunded minus their transaction fees. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is returned without an RMA. All returned products must be returned within 14 days of purchase date and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Any additional shipping charges paid are non refundable. We only accept exchanges or shop repair after this time period if the product is under our 90 Day Warranty.
All return/warranty items must be packed securely in their original packaging when possible. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packing and we reserve the right to charge fees for broken returns. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only accept international orders from Canada and Mexico at this time.
