How do I setup an OpenTable Chit Printer?

How to connect your Receipt Printer with Ethernet Interface to an iPad

Ethernet interface printers work for businesses that have access to an Internet router with an Ethernet port.

To connect your receipt printer to Guest Center on the iPad:

  1. Locate your router with Ethernet port and confirm that a Wi-Fi signal exists that’s on the same network as the iPad.
  2. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable into the rear panel of the printer, and plug the other end of the cable into the wireless router’s Ethernet port.

For further information on the initial set-up of the printer and product specifications, refer to the corresponding manufacturer’s product guide: Star Micronics TSP143L and Star Micronics TSP650II
